Function:
Resolves a folderitem from a binary string. | ||||

Example:
dim f,r as folderitem dim s as string ... r=getfolderitem("") // relative to application path f=ResolveAlias(s,r,true) | ||||

Notes:
On Mac only resolves if the data is an Aliashandle and on Windows if the data is a path. | ||||
